A message from RA:
Many of the people we have spoken with this month have had a difficult August or perhaps a very difficult year. As we approach September, you are encouraged to slow down a bit and offer yourself a bit more love, awareness, and encouragement.
The truth is, I am also in need of this journey. I will be dedicating this gratitude journey to my lil dog buddy Charlie who recently received his angel wings after walking this life alongside me for 19 years. Yes… I am devastated.
Even though there is a part of me that wants to hide under the covers and stay there, I also know this journey will help me with my grief… so yes I will also be sharing this journey with you.
Are You Ready?
THE PROGRAM
For the month of September, set the intention to be the best love of your life.
In the morning, when you first wake up, Say Thank You!
Affirm: "Love Lives Here and sit in appreciation of your breath for a few minutes.
In the evening, spend five minutes reflecting on your day.
Today I am grateful for.... Something that I love about myself is ...
Today I nurtured myself by ... Today I let go of ....
My commitment to you...
After hosting several virtual gratitude events, I have discovered that many start the 29 Days of Gratitude journey, less than half make it pass the first ten days, and a small percentage of that complete the journey.
As your gratitude coach. I will hold space for you to begin and complete your journey.
You will receive a daily love recommendation, favorite video picks, insights, and/or recommended reading via your email every morning by 8am.
My daily Gratitude Postings will also include my personal gratitude journal entry.
Your commitment:
Make this month about nurturing yourself and feeling good.
Notice "yourself" throughout the day. Sit in reflection for at least 5 mins in the morning and in the evening. Maintain a nightly gratitude journal.
Gentle Reminders:
You get what you put into this journey. That's the beauty of gratitude. It begins simple. If you surrender to this journey, gratitude will transform your relationships... allowing for a deep appreciation and enjoyment of the present.
In the present moment you can take a nice slow deep breath... feel soothed, appreciate the scents of flowers.
