Lets Talk Love...
When you look back at your childhood, what did you believe love would be vs. what you grew up to experience?
So many of us grew up believing that we would meet that special someone and we would automatically be happily ever after. I mean isn’t that what all the cartoons said…lol!
Outside of that, all too often, our influences were either not realistic, whole or healthy….
Eventually one grows to understand the most important aspect of successful, wholesome love is; being in love with yourself first!
Okayyy, I know what you are thinking, you are tired of reading “fluffy” chatter. We get it, however, it is truth family.
Having a beautiful, healthy, happy relationship with yourself will inspire you to strengthen it by doing the inner work that we often prefer to push down, ignore or deny. Sometimes it happens the other way around…
When we understand and integrate that, the way we love, feel about love, approach love, of all kinds changes in ways that we could not have imagined…
No matter where you are with your relationship or outlook towards love, my advice is;
