Years ago, I had a mentor that would pause me from speaking if I started my sentence with “I think”. Why? For a couple reasons, all too often we tend to begin a lot of what we say with those words and yet, almost with no real thought at all. It has become a default expression…lol, the irony!
The main reason was simply because he was supporting and encouraging me to build my self-confidence of being an intuitive. Part of that was learning to be conscious with my words. Beginning what I wanted to say with “I feel” was actually a more accurate way to deliver whatever came after those words. Por que? Because it is indeed the strongest and most precise way that I learn and receive information and it is empowering and necessary to trust my inner guidance.
Yet, in the present day “I feel” has also been watered down. Modern day culture has over utilized that point of reference often neglecting obvious logic.
So, which is more reliable? I recently asked this on our instagram and facebook pages. Most within the community said “I Feel” is most reliable for them….
My bottom line is this: I am designed to be an “I Feel” chica, yet, I consciously choose to meld both!
What would you say?

Peace. To answer I reflected on the saying “I think, therefore I am”. I believe that words/thoughts are generated then feelings are formed. Feelings may be the expression of what we think… like which came first, “the chicken or the egg”?
