We all see it, we all feel it and we are all impacted by it!

You already possess many ways to support yourself or a loved one that can bring comfort, calm, harmony, grounding and strength and most are FREE!
Many of us already have time tested routines, rituals, habits that we reach for whenever we feel a need for them.
Some of us are just learning to create and some of us need reminders :)
Here are a few ways you can help yourself feel better.
Always begin with an intention:
Breathe, pause, bring your attention to your breath and take purposeful, slow, deep breaths helping your being calm.
Movement, put on your fav jam! You know that song that makes you dance like no one is watching (5 mins/10mins)…lol
Cook, nurture your spirts with some comfort food, a yummy desert! When was the last time you tried a new recipe?
Water, be sure that you are drinking plenty of water. Take a cooling shower, soak in a warm bath. Let water clear, cleanse, sooth and refresh you.
Loved Ones, sometimes the only thing we need is quality time with people we adore! spend time with people that inspire!
Journal, make time to write, express yourself honestly, release your emotions onto the page. Do not want to write, draw or doodle!
Sleep, this may be one of the best healers. Consistent hrs, dark and quiet room! The body is amazing in the ways that it will regenerate!
