How are you on this beautiful day? We hope and pray you find yourself well.
Alex and I have been taking this time to slow down. It’s been a tough year on many different levels. We are feeling a bit tired and in need to replenish, restore, and refresh.
As the world starts to catch up and tune in to the many layers of wrong we have experienced as a collective, We know that our gente will need community support to help process and face some of the grief and pain.
While we gather ourselves, update websites and offerings, please know that if you are looking to book a session with Alex or RA, do not hesitate to reach out. We can meet you at a park, a cafe, or even online. Please do not be alone during these times.
For example, My sister Alex has helped many people figure out inner conflict because she holds space in such a loving nurturing way. Her gentle words help bring comfort and soothe the soul.
